Easy S'Mores Cookie Bars (Printer-Friendly Version)

# What You'll Need:

→ Dry Ingredients

01 - 2 cups all purpose flour
02 - 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
03 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
04 - ¼ teaspoon salt

→ Wet Ingredients

05 - 1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, at room temperature
06 - 1½ cups packed light brown sugar
07 - 2 large eggs, beaten

→ Filling

08 - 2 cups marshmallow topping (such as Marshmallow Creme)
09 - 2 cups milk chocolate chips

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 9x13-inch pan with foil, leaving 2-inch overhang. Spray foil with nonstick spray.
02 - Whisk together flour, graham cracker crumbs, baking powder and salt.
03 - Beat butter and sugar until light, about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs. Slowly mix in flour mixture on low speed.
04 - Press half of dough into pan. Spread marshmallow topping and sprinkle chocolate chips. Scatter remaining dough over top in clumps.
05 - Bake until golden brown, 30-35 minutes. Cool completely on wire rack. Remove from pan, peel off foil and cut into bars.

02 - Don't worry about covering top completely with dough
03 - Can be frozen for up to 3 months
