# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie or grilled)
02 - 2 cups shredded lettuce
03 - 1 cup diced tomato (Roma or cherry)
04 - 1 avocado, diced
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup crushed Fritos corn chips

→ Sauce & Wrap Base

07 - 1/2 cup sour cream
08 - 1/2 cup salsa (medium or chunky preferred)
09 - 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
10 - 4 large flour tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, whisk together sour cream, salsa, and taco seasoning until smooth and well combined.
02 - Place one flour tortilla on a clean surface. Spread a generous tablespoon of the prepared sauce over the bottom half of the tortilla, leaving a 1-inch border for folding.
03 - Evenly distribute shredded lettuce, diced tomato, avocado, cheddar cheese, and shredded chicken over the sauced area of the tortilla.
04 - Sprinkle a handful of crushed Fritos corn chips on top and drizzle another spoonful of sauce over the fillings for added flavor.
05 - Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll tightly from the bottom up to enclose the fillings.
06 - Repeat the assembly process with remaining tortillas and ingredients. Slice each wrap diagonally in half and serve immediately to preserve crunch.
