# Ingredients:

01 - 12 ounces bowtie pasta

→ Dressing

02 - 1 to 2 teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
03 - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
04 - 1/3 cup sesame oil
05 - 1/4 cup honey
06 - 1/4 cup soy sauce
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

→ Garnishes

08 - 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
09 - 1/2 cup honey roasted peanuts
10 - 1/2 cup sliced green onion

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bowtie pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of boiling salted water. Drain thoroughly and transfer to a large mixing bowl.
02 - Heat vegetable oil and sesame oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir in crushed red pepper flakes and cook for 2 minutes to infuse the flavor, taking care not to scorch.
03 - Add honey, soy sauce, and salt to the infused oils. Remove saucepan from heat and mix thoroughly until fully combined.
04 - Pour warm dressing over the cooked pasta, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated. Stir to distribute evenly.
05 - Cover the pasta mixture with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, to allow flavors to meld.
06 - Just before serving, fold in chopped cilantro, honey roasted peanuts, and sliced green onion. Toss gently to combine and serve chilled.
