Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Smoothie Base

01 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar
02 - 2/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
03 - 3 cups frozen strawberries
04 - 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
05 - 2 cups ice cubes
06 - 2 cups cold water, divided

# Instructions:

01 - Combine granulated sugar and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium heat, stirring until the sugar is fully dissolved. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature.
02 - In a large pitcher, whisk together the cooled simple syrup, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and 1 1/2 cups cold water until well combined.
03 - Transfer frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt, prepared lemon mixture, and ice cubes to a blender. Blend until the texture is completely smooth.
04 - Pour the blended smoothie into glasses and serve immediately while chilled.

# Notes:

01 - For the best texture, use frozen strawberries to prevent diluting the smoothie with excess ice.
