# Ingredients:

01 - 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and diced
02 - 1 pound green beans, trimmed

03 - 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
08 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

09 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Place diced sweet potatoes and trimmed green beans in a large mixing bowl.
03 - Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. Add garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss thoroughly to evenly coat.
04 - Spread the seasoned vegetables evenly on a large baking sheet in a single layer.
05 - Place baking sheet in the oven and roast for 25 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until sweet potatoes are tender and golden.
06 - Remove from oven, drizzle with lemon juice, and optionally sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For added heat, incorporate a pinch of red pepper flakes. Adjust roasting time based on the size of sweet potato pieces. Additional vegetables such as bell peppers or onions can be added for variety.
