# Ingredients:

01 - 1 (9-ounce) package cheese tortellini (fresh or refrigerated)
02 - ½ cup all-purpose flour
03 - 2 large eggs

→ For the Coating

04 - 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
05 - ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - ½ teaspoon salt
09 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
10 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for spice)

→ For Cooking and Serving

11 - Cooking spray or vegetable oil (for frying or baking)
12 - Marinara sauce or ranch dressing (for dipping)

# Instructions:

01 - Boil salted water and cook tortellini according to package instructions (2-3 minutes). Drain and pat dry
02 - Place flour in one bowl, whisk eggs in second bowl, and mix breadcrumbs with Parmesan and seasonings in third bowl
03 - Dredge each tortellini in flour, then egg, then breadcrumb mixture. Press gently to help coating stick
04 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Arrange tortellini on parchment-lined baking sheet, spray with cooking spray. Bake 15-18 minutes, flipping halfway
05 - Heat 2 inches of oil to 350°F in a deep skillet. Fry tortellini in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden. Drain on paper towels
06 - Serve hot with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dip
