Set the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if available.

On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round.

Evenly spread ricotta cheese over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the ricotta.

Arrange thin slices of prosciutto evenly on top of the cheese.

Transfer to the hot pizza stone or a baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.

Remove from the oven. Drizzle with hot honey and scatter fresh basil leaves over the top before slicing.
