White Pizza Prosciutto Hot Honey (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb pizza dough
02 - 1 cup ricotta cheese
03 - 1 cup fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
04 - 4 oz prosciutto, thinly sliced
05 - 2 tbsp hot honey
06 - 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 475°F (245°C) and place a pizza stone inside if available.
02 - On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch round.
03 - Evenly spread ricotta cheese over the dough, leaving a small border. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the ricotta.
04 - Arrange thin slices of prosciutto evenly on top of the cheese.
05 - Transfer to the hot pizza stone or a baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is melted.
06 - Remove from the oven. Drizzle with hot honey and scatter fresh basil leaves over the top before slicing.

01 - For optimal crispness, bake pizza directly on a preheated stone or steel.
02 - Let the pizza rest for 2–3 minutes before slicing to allow the cheese to set.
